These terms govern your use of the Ananse AI Ltd website and the products and services we make available through it.
Agreement
By using our website or products you agree to these terms. Specific products or engagements may have their own signed agreement or product terms, which take precedence where they differ from these terms.
Acceptable use
You may use our website and products for lawful purposes only. You agree not to disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or misuse any content, account or functionality.
Accounts
Where a product requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Intellectual property
The website, our products, their design and content are owned by Ananse AI Ltd or our licensors. For client engagements, ownership of custom work transfers as set out in the engagement agreement. Our commercial products are licensed, not sold.
Third-party platforms
Some products operate through third-party platforms, including messaging services provided by Meta. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for the platforms themselves.
Disclaimer
Our website and products are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that they will be uninterrupted or error free. This does not limit any rights you have under a separate signed agreement or under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Liability under a specific engagement is set out in that agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one in effect.
