Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, organisation and the contents of messages you send through our contact form or to our products. When you use a product that involves an account, order or conversation (for example Nkabom's chat commerce), we collect the details needed to provide that service, such as your contact details, order items, delivery information and message content.
Information from messaging platforms
Some of our products let you interact through third-party messaging platforms provided by Meta, such as WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. When you contact us or a business through those platforms, we receive the information the platform shares to enable the conversation, such as your profile name, platform ID or phone number, and the messages you send. We use this only to provide the service you asked for and handle it in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website we keep limited technical logs, such as IP address and request time, to keep the service secure and reliable. Our public website does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a first-party session cookie used to keep our administrators signed in to the site's admin area.

Some of our products, such as Dary STEM, are used by students who may be minors, and are intended to be used with the involvement of a school, teacher or guardian.
