Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, including for data connected to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Messenger.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@ananseai.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us which service you used (for example our website contact form, Dary Legal, Dary STEM or Nkabom) and include enough detail for us to identify your records, such as the name, email address, phone number or platform profile you used.
Deleting data obtained through Meta platforms
If you interacted with us or a business through a Meta platform such as WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, tell us the profile or phone number you used. We will locate the associated data and delete it. If you used Facebook Login with one of our products, you can also remove our app from your Facebook settings, and then send us a deletion request so we remove any data we still hold.
What we do
We verify the request comes from you or someone authorised to act for you, delete the personal information associated with your request, and instruct our service providers to do the same where applicable.
Timing
We confirm receipt of your request promptly and complete deletion within 30 days. If a request is complex we may need a little longer, and we will tell you if so.
What we may keep
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires us to, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Anything retained is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted.
